Steel Foundry Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incepted in the year 1988 at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Under the proficient headship of its CEO Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, the company has been scaling new heights in its business endeavor. The followings are some of the salient features of the company
Infrastructure
The company has sound support of state of the art infrastructure at its manufacturing unit. The advanced and sophisticated machines installed have capacity of5000 M.T. good casting per annum. Our infrastructure has also enabled us in bringing out cost effective products for the clients.
Quality Control
We are guided by a set of quality control policy adopted by the management. According to this, we have installed in house testing laboratory well furnished with Universal Testing Machine and BHN hardness testing facility. Our products are tested on different physical as well as chemical parameter before they are supplied in the market.

Our company is having Sand Testing Laboratory, chemical laboratory, physical laboratory with Universal Testing Machine and BHN hardness testing facility, Microscope with latest software to control micro structure. All instruments for checking Raw castings and finish components with Surface table.
Quality Control Facility
Our unit has all measuring facilities for quality control, checking and inspection of Raw and finished Castings. The unit has set up in house Testing and Quality control to monitor the parameters of sand, mould, temperature and composition of liquid metal and the physical, chemical and metallurgical properties of castings.

The unit has set up in house Testing and Quality control to monitor the parameters of sand, mould, temperature and composition of liquid metal and the physical, chemical and metallurgical properties of castings.
In the year 2007 the unit has set up state of the art Foundry for which Two (One Ton Each) medium frequency Induction Furnace has been installed and matching pouring ladle and EOT crane facilities has been developed for supply of higher tonnage castings to Tata Motors, Railways and other parties. The installation of Furnace has been backed up by an automatic sand preparation and handling plant to optimize the benefit of sophisticated Furnace. Our unit has all facility from casting the job to fully finish it in conventional machine shop as per requirement of customer.
