Manufacturing Facilities

We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of components for medium heavy commercial vehicles, we offer Fettling, shot blasting and painting of castings for Telco Foundry Division and machining and fabrication of “Brake Beams” for Railways.

We are equiped with

• Induction furnance
• Automatic sand plant with Knock out machine EOH crane
• Pouring track with monorail
• Simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machine
• matching ladles
• Fettling and shot blasting shop with painting facilities
• Conventional machine shop with Lathe, Drilling and Milling machine

The unit has set up in house Testing and Quality control to monitor the parameters of sand, mould, temperature and composition of liquid metal and the physical, chemical and metallurgical properties of castings.

In the year 2007 the unit has set up state of the art Foundry for which Two (One Ton Each) medium frequency Induction Furnace has been installed and matching pouring ladle and EOT crane facilities has been developed for supply of higher tonnage castings to Tata Motors, Railways and other parties. The installation of Furnace has been backed up by an automatic sand preparation and handling plant to optimize the benefit of sophisticated Furnace. Our unit has all facility from casting the job to fully finish it in conventional machine shop as per requirement of customer.
